My week of early get ups

This week I have been trying to leave the house earlier then what I have been doing recently (at 8.55). I have been trying to leave by 7.55 - i know...this isn't very early. But so far with my alarm set at 7....i have only managed to do it twice this week. The other times i have used the snozze botton a bit too much or just failed alltogether.

I don't know what is wrong with me :( :( I am just so sleepy these past couple of weeks :(

Try changing your routine. Put the clock on the other side of the room so you don't hit snooze and get out of bed on the other side just to mix things up. And try earlier nights if possible x

Thankyou. I try and get to bed by 11. I don't know if that is too late. My mobile phone is my alarm..so i might move it elsewhere.

One of my 101 in 1001 is to get to school before the frist (warning) bell for 10 weeks.

We have been back at school for 4 days and been before the first bell 1 day. And that was the only day we were there before the school is starting bell. :(

Maybe next week will be better for you and I.

I tend to set my alarm at 30 mins prior to when I should be getting up. So, if I have to get up at 7, I set the alarm for 630...hit the snooze button a few times...but eventually I'm up and able to leave on time. Stupid I know...but it's been working. :p

E - I hope next week is a better week for both of us in terms of being early!

I do actually set my alarm to give me half an hour of snoozing...but i have been pressing the snooze botton even after the half an hour :(
